Pixel 10a Gets a Rs 6,000 Price Increase in India
Google is citing the ongoing RAM and storage shortage as the reason behind this price hike. As the cost of the components inside, particularly memory and storage chips, which have seen prices rise globally due to heavy demand from AI data centers.
Pixel 10a features the same Tensor G4 chip, 48 MP main camera, 6.3-inch 120 Hz OLED display, 5,100 mAh battery, wireless charging, and IP68 water resistance.

At Rs 55,999, the Pixel 10a finds itself in a much tougher spot. The phone launched at Rs 49,999 and was already competing against devices like the Poco X8 Pro Max and OnePlus Nord 6.
It now sits closer to more premium midrange devices like the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, iQOO 15R and the OnePlus 15R. This leaves Google’s software and camera experience as the main reason to pick the Pixel 10a over the competition.
However, interested buyers can still get good offers and discounts on the Pixel 10a and other Pixel phones during the Big Billion Days on Flipkart. Though that price included bank offers and exchange bonuses.
The Pixel 10a is not the only phone to see a price hike recently. Samsung, Apple, Oppo, Vivo and Redmi have all revised their prices over the past months for the same reason.
